Overall, it was a very nice stay. The management and staff were so kind and helpful. I had problems with double booking from Booking.com and lost out on my King, hot tub suite for my birthday, but the manager spent over an hour with me to help me get a refund and assist me with another room. Over all, it was a great stay, beautiful location. I was close to the housekeeping lounge area where they were a little loud, HOWEVER, they were talking and laughing and I was happy to know they were enjoying each other and their jobs so all was good. They were all very sweet and did a great job. Thank you ALL for a beautiful stay there and for everything you did to help make our stay a nice one!

I actively seek any Tru by Hilton when affordable. I’ve stayed in 2-3 in different cities each time, and each time it’s been spectacular. Staff were so friendly and helpful. This one actually handed us complimentary water and snack while we waited for check in. The atmosphere is fun, vibrant and comfortable. Pool table is nice, artwork great on the wall. Rooms very clean. Everything works, new condition feeling. Soaps and everything feel good quality. View was nice here.

The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating! They go above and beyond without having to even ask. One lady complained… loudly… about the omelette having meat in them b/c she is a vegetarian. I am too and felt I had plenty of options, but she wasn’t happy. They handled it very well and the of the time I was there, they had delicious scrambled eggs!

Great value for a clean and comfortable stay. Out of the thick of the city but close enough that downtown is only a short drive. The check in process was welcoming and the lobby had many activities like a pool table and games. I appreciated the shampoo/soap dispensers to reduce waste and the bed was firm and comfortable the way I like it.

Very good breakfast!! Very clean and modern looking hotel. Liked the big seating area in the lobby. And a pool table!! Fire pit outside. Beautiful mountain view! Liked the luxury vinly floor in the room. Had stayed in a hotel on our trip that had dirty looking carpet. Very comportable bed. Just a great hotel vibe overall!!
